# How to send automated Whatsapp messages ?

Go to the submenu page **Messages** and create a new message : <br>

Give a title to your message and fill the following fields.

* **Message Template Name:** select the message template that must be used for this message sending,
* **Message Allowed Terms:** Indicates the authorized terms that must be used to initiate this message sending.

Once done, just save and enjoy the automation on your website.

### **Use cases**

* A customer sent you a message to the configured Whatsapp number, and says hello, the message configured on top says if he finds the word hello in the message he just needs to send the associated message template. Once done, the message sender will just receive a message on your behalf.
